When the real estate client JBG ordered a magazine add, we came up with something completely different - we created a street paper gathering all of the most interesting features of the
area they are building in. From food and nightlife, to shopping and history, this up & comming neighborhood has a lot to offer.
By showcasing the assets of the neighborhood, we increased the value of the properties. Each issue has only one add on the back cover - their own. The results were stunning - not only did the JBG get many compliments on being progressive and innovative in their approach, but the whole neighborhood prospered from this street paper which right away became a favorite read and a cool guide.
